All purchases on are backed by a Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you may return it for a refund according to the following Terms of Sale:

For all NoHang orders, customers may use up to 4 capsules (2  2-capsule packets) and return the remaining portion in the original unopened and unused condition for a full refund, excluding shipping. If more than 4 capsules (2  2-capsule packets) have been used, the refund amount will be limited to the number of units returned.

Shipping Fees are non-refundable unless a shipment was not delivered to the customer’s shipping address. The shipping carrier’s tracking and delivery data shall determine whether or not a shipment was delivered. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that a reliable delivery address is provided.

Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of order delivery and must be returned via USPS, UPS, Fedex, or DHL, with tracking, in packaging that protects the product from damage.

Company agrees to process qualified refunds within 3 business days of receipt of returned items and to send a refund confirmation to the email address provided at time of purchase.

For any order-related matters, please contact us via our Website Contact Form. Company agrees to respond within 48 hours of receiving a message from customer.

Customer agrees not to initiate a credit card dispute or chargeback unless Company fails to respond within 48 hours of receiving a message from customer or fails to honor the Terms of Sale as outlined above. Any fees associated with wrongly initiated chargebacks will be the customer’s responsibility.
